Bob Warmingham

President/Owner

Robert "Bob" Warmingham started with the company in 1997 as a sales manager/operations manager. In 1996 Bob bought 1/3 of the company, eventually purchasing 100% of the company in 2002 enabling him to expand its employees from 2 to 20 over the next 18 years.

Dawn Clingaman

Manager

Dawn Clingaman started with the company in 1998 as an office manager. Dawn has played a crucial role in the continued success of the business through her skill set, true passion and creativity towards her employees and workmanship. Dawn has now moved into the role as a company/financial manger and oversees daily operations.

John DeBoever

Rim & Wheel Refinishing Sales

John DeBoever worked in the automotive refinishing industry for 30 years where he focused on autobody paint and supply. John's father-in-law Robert Warmingham convinced him to work at Rimm-Kleen Systems for him in 2011. Now John focuses on customer service, retention, marketing, and new business development for Rimm-Kleen Systems.
